Popular questions.

Quick answers to what we get asked most. Need more detail? Browse the full FAQ.

01How do I verify my account (KYC)?

Upload a valid photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) and a proof of address document (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months) through your Client Area.

02What are the funding methods and fees?

Fund via bank wire, Visa/Mastercard, or major e-wallets. Cards and e-wallets are instant; bank wires take 1–3 business days. Clarity charges no deposit fees, though your own bank or payment provider may apply theirs.

03How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 business day. Funds typically arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your payment method.

04Where can I download MT5?

Head to our MetaTrader 5 page for the desktop terminal and the official iOS and Android apps, or trade straight from your browser with no download.

05Why was my order rejected or requoted?

Common causes: insufficient free margin, the symbol being outside its trading session, the order distance falling inside the symbol’s minimum stops, or the size exceeding the maximum allowed volume. Specific error codes appear in MT5’s Journal tab.

06How is margin and leverage calculated?

Margin is the funds required to open a position: (price × volume) divided by leverage. For example, 1 lot of EUR/USD at 1.1000 with 1:500 leverage needs around 220 USD. Leverage runs up to 1:500 depending on the instrument and can be adjusted in your Client Area.

Tips for faster answers.
  1. Include your MT5 account number and registered email.
  2. For payments: method, amount, date, last 4 digits (if card).
  3. Screenshots and error messages help us resolve things quicker.
