PAMM Programme.

Pool investor capital behind one master account, trade your strategy, and earn management and performance fees — calculated and paid automatically.

What is PAMM?

Percentage Allocation Money Management. Investors allocate capital to your master account; you trade it as one book; profits, losses and fees are distributed back to each investor in proportion to their allocation — automatically, every period.

Why run your fund on Clarity?

Fees that calculate themselves, statements that write themselves, and a fund-management lead who knows your name.

Performance and management fees

A typical 20% performance fee above the high-watermark and 2% p.a. management fee — set yours during setup.

Fees calculated automatically

Management fees accrue daily and pay monthly; performance fees settle at the end of each period. You never chase a payment.

Per-investor statements

Every investor sees their own performance, drawdown, fees and cash flow. You see the aggregate; they see their slice.

Flexible fee tiers

Different management and performance fees for different investor classes, with custom high-watermark rules per tier.

A fund-management lead

Onboarding, compliance queries and technical setup handled by one person — not a support queue.

Unlimited investors

Fund manager FAQs.

Leverage, minimums, fee mechanics and investor controls — the questions fund managers ask before applying.

What is PAMM?

PAMM (Percentage Allocation Money Management) is a fund management structure where a master trader trades a pooled account on behalf of multiple investors. Profits, losses and fees are distributed proportionally based on each investor’s allocation.

Do investors control their own funds?

Investors retain ownership of their capital and can withdraw subject to the agreed terms. The fund manager only controls the trading — never the underlying funds.

How are performance fees collected?

Performance fees are calculated automatically on the high-watermark principle and distributed at the end of each performance period. You never have to chase payments.

What leverage is available in a PAMM account?

PAMM master accounts have access to the same leverage tiers as standard accounts, subject to instrument and regulatory limits. Contact our team for details.

Is there a minimum fund size?

There is no strict minimum. However, we recommend a track record and an investor base ready to allocate before applying. Contact our team to discuss your situation.
