About Clarity Markets.

Regulation, where your money is held, security and cover.

  • 12Is Clarity Markets regulated?

Yes — Clarity Markets is fully regulated. Current oversight is provided by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, with additional Tier 1 licensing in progress.

  • 13Where is my money held?

In segregated client money accounts at reputable tier-1 banks, kept separate from company funds.

  • 14Are my personal and card details safe?

Yes — we use 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption and apply strict data protection policies and controls.

  • 15Am I covered by a compensation scheme?

Clarity Markets is an internationally regulated broker. Your funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-1 banks, separate from company capital. Under current oversight from the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, there is no national investor compensation scheme in place — segregation is the primary client-fund protection.

  • 16What happens if Clarity becomes insolvent?

Client funds are held in segregated accounts at tier-1 banks, separate from company operating capital. In an insolvency event, segregated client money cannot be used to pay the firm's creditors and is returned to clients per regulatory procedures.

  • 17Do you offer negative balance protection?

Yes, subject to your Client Agreement and entity. Gaps/illiquidity can still cause negative equity before protection applies.

  • 18Do you accept US clients?

No — CFTC rules prohibit US persons from trading with non-US brokers.

  • 19What languages does your support team cover?

English, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Arabic, and Vietnamese during business hours. Live chat is available 24/7 alongside email and phone support.

  • 20Are you ECN/STP or a Market Maker?

We stream prices from external liquidity providers with no dealing desk intervention. Not every position is offset one-for-one.

  • 21How do you use my personal information?

Only what's needed to provide services and comply with laws. We never sell personal data for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
